You’ve never seen a fondue like this. The Meadow takes creativity to the next level with this Pink Himalayan Salt Bowl, created to keep fondue chocolate at the perfect temperature. Put the bowl in a 350 degree oven for at least 15 minutes. When it’s time for dessert, pour melted chocolate into the bowl. The bowl will keep the chocolate melted and slowly infuse the chocolate with just a hint of salt. No more flames, water baths, or other chocolate mess. When you’re done, simply rinse the bowl in warm water and wipe clean.
Bitters Included: add a few splashes to your chocolate to impart an orangey flavor, or use in mixed drinks to serve with fondue. We like a few drops in our champagne.
