Discounted Shipping & Hassle Free Returns
For standard items, we charge a Shipping & Handling (S&H) fee of $5.95 for your first item + $1.95 for each additional item. Occasionally, items with special shipping requirements will have a higher S&H fee, which will be displayed on each product page below the product image. Items are typically shipped using UPS and USPS. We will send you an email and confirmation number after your item has shipped. Most items are shipped 14 days after the end of a sale.
For E-Gift Cards and Physical Gift Cards shipping is always FREE, and you can unlock surprise FREE SHIPPING badges by peeqing, sharing, and buying on sneakpeeq.

Change your mind? Our return policy is simple and stress free, just the way you like it!
We accept returns within 21 days from the shipment date which is noted on the form in your package. Once we receive the product we will process the return and apply a credit to the purchaser's account. Sorry, no cash refunds. All original tags and packaging must be included with your return. No washed and/or worn products, please! Because we only host exclusive live sales with limited quantities of products, we are not able to facilitate exchanges. We offer credits only.
Due to the intimate nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cosmetic and beauty items
- Food items
- Socks and hosiery
- Intimate wear
Damaged & Defective Items
Damaged items can be returned for sneakpeeq credit within 21 days. Credit will be issued to the purchasers account after the item has been received and processed.
How Do I Make a Return?
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Product Return" in the subject line and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Any images you may have of a defective or damaged product
Upon approval of return we will send you a prepaid return label via email that you can print out and include with your package at the time of shipment.
More About Credits
Once we have received your package it will be processed for return. Upon approval, you will receive sneakpeeq credits in the amount of your purchase price. Credits will be issued 2-3 business days after receipt of your return item and applied to your next sneakpeeq purchase.
If you are returning an item that was purchased with credits they will be issued back to you following the procedures and guidelines stated in the above.
No returns on gift cards.
