How Gary West makes jerky: an inside top round is cut into strips, tumbled with a signature (and we’re guessing secret!) spice rub, and marinated in natural juices. Strips are then placed by hand onto large curing racks, and baked in a bath of hickory smoke for a flavor that would make John Wayne smile. Finished strips are cooled, packaged, and delivered to you. Deliciousness awaits.
