The name Three Tarts came about when three baking prodigies were dubbed "The Three Tarts" while attending NY's Institute of Culinary Education. The name stuck, and they continued to churn out gourmet marshmallows and confectionaries for everyone to enjoy. These marshmallows feel as soft as clouds and taste so delectable, they've become a New York cult favorite.
