One of Korea’s most famous teas, yujacha, is made simply by blending yuzu marmalade and hot water. The result is a honey-orange tea that can soothe sore throats and relax your mind. The marmalade is also good spread on toast, used to glaze a roast chicken, or as part of a cheese plate!
